Description of Position Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for the regular, full-time position of Maintenance Specialist.
Position has responsibility for performing maintenance functions and ongoing upkeep of the Hospital's buildings and grounds, including, but not limited to, the areas of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance, painting, carpentry, and grounds.
Position is Tuesday thru Saturday, 7:
00 a.
m.
to 3:
30 p.
m.
and will require on-call rotation.
Hours will be adjusted as needed, depending on Hospital needs and any emergency situations that arise.
Qualifications Position requires high school diploma and 2 years' institutional maintenance experience.
Also requires strong teamwork, customer service, organizational, computer, and communication skills, along with initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
Previous maintenance experience in a health care setting and college training/work experience in HVAC preferred.
