As a Team Leader in Community Solar, your responsibilities will include the following:
Recruiting and providing training to new representatives Acquire and enroll new customers to Community Solar projects in active enrolling territories Territory Management to include tracking sales and seeking out regions covered by the program Compliance and Professionalism Motivate team members to perform well in sales, fine tune their customer service skills and learn to be successful in the industry Reaching weekly company quotas At One Energy Solutions, we promote from within.
