We are a general practice law firm with a focus on providing our clients with great legal service through effieicincy and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys - File and organize legal documents and correspondence - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Transcribe dictations and prepare legal correspondence - Assist with event planning and coordination for meetings, conferences, and seminars - Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents - Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed - Provide excellent customer support to clients
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a legal office or similar environment is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the legal field and work in a laid back professional office environment.
